They have a lousy customer service. More than an hour and a half to wait for an executive.

They do not have enough staff to serve users, there are long lines in the street, taking place inside the branch.

Today I had very good attention from the executive! And the others too.

Their service is terrible, out of 4 windows they only attend to one, while the other cashiers are in the conversation, making us wait for hours, and filling our patience, they should have staff committed to their service

Incompetent, obtuse and ineffective, especially the two people who today are serving customers in the "bankers" cubicles... Terrible customer service, they should supervise, and most importantly train their staff better.

The only way to be attended to quickly is if there are no people. Of the 4 boxes that have one is not working, two are the ones that take out the work, including companies with too many movements and the other box is fine, thank you. Oh yes for something the staff is at lunch is reduced to a box for everyone. You disappoint me BBVA

Being one of the largest banks in Mexico, I expected much better service. 1) They quickly explain the accounts they offer at the entrance and expect you to decide which one you want. 2) They don't have enough employees and they leave you waiting a long time. 3) The toilets are useless because "there is no water". I asked to speak to someone. That someone also quickly explained each account to me. I asked for brochures that explained in detail what each account is for me to read and understand calmly, but they don't have any. Also, they do not offer shared basic account. Because "there were many complaints." There are complaints that people do not know what they are signing up for because they do not inform as it should be. I asked to use the bathroom and according to the fact that the bathrooms "haven't been working for days because there is no water." Shall you, the BBVA bank does not have toilets that work? A disappointment.
