★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre es lo mismo con los multicajeros al realizar el depósito, no acepta algunos billetes y tardan mucho en permitirte cancelar la operación ya son más de tres ocasiones que se queda con el dinero y tardan hasta 15 días hábiles en reponerlo.
Es una área de oportunidad en la que deben mejorar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como siempre las sucursales de BBVA son muy limpias y no están llenas de gente. En tiempos Covid tienen ciertas medidas para que los visitantesse sientan seguros. El personal es muy amable y la mayoría de los tramites son rápidos. En general todo muy bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mí es muy rápido, siempre hay un ejecutivo en la puerta, para apoyarte en lo que necesites, me a tocado fila en los cajeros pero ahora es más rápido en ventanilla, los ejecutivos me atiende muy bien de echo el personal de mi banco me brindan una excelente atención ?
