★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La organización de turnos es pésima. Deberian asignar una caja para personas que no son clientes, ya que si un cliente llega después que uno que no tiene tarjeta, este pasa primero y eso no es justo, deberian ser más considerados con los turnos.
En respuesta a BBVA:
Sí, intentan dar solamente a sus CLIENTES buen servicio... pero lamentablemente a las personas que NO SOMOS CLIENTES y debemos ir a hacer por primera vez depósito escolar u otro tipo de depósitos, nos dejan esperando demasiado (cuando uno llego antes que su cliente).
Otra sugerencia podría ser que tengan un cajero solamente para sus clientes si es que quieren dar un mejor servicio a todas las personas.
The organization of shifts is terrible. They should assign a box for people who are not clients, because if a client arrives after one that does not have a card, it happens first and that is not fair, they should be more considerate with the shifts.
In response to BBVA:
Yes, they try to give only to their CLIENTS good service ... but unfortunately to the people that WE ARE NOT CLIENTS and we should go to do for the first time deposit or other type of deposits, they leave us waiting too much (when one arrived before his client ).
Another suggestion could be that they have a cashier only for their clients if they want to give a better service to all the people.
