★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad creo que sí es un buen banco, en general los servicios y prestaciones son buenos y su app es una de las mejores a mí gusto, está sucursal tiene muchas cosas buenas como suficientes cajeros automáticos y en algunos puedes hacer varias transacciones. En cuanto a la atención las dos mujeres que están recibiendo a los clientes son muy amables y atentas, saben mucho sobre los procesos y te orientan bien, claro que ellas no pueden apurar a los que atienden adentro, así que es lógico que se hagan largas filas. La sucursal está limpia y ordenada y respetan mucho las normas de salubridad. No les doy las 5 estrellas porque si me he fijado que en algunos días y horarios no hay suficiente personal en cajas. Pero si los recomiendo ampliamente!
The truth is, I think that it is a good bank, in general the services and benefits are good and its app is one of the best to my liking, this branch has many good things such as enough ATMs and in some you can make several transactions. Regarding the attention, the two women who are receiving clients are very friendly and attentive, they know a lot about the processes and guide you well, of course they cannot rush those who attend inside, so it is logical that they are long rows. The branch is clean and tidy and they respect the health regulations very much. I do not give them 5 stars because I have noticed that on some days and hours there are not enough personnel in boxes. But I highly recommend them!
