Ustedes no pueden esperar 10 min. de retraso y nos tienen esperando 35 min. sin informes ni atención.
Está mejor el banco de sangre de siglo XXI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tome mi buen tiempo de traslado para llegar a mi hora de cita, por cuestiones de tráfico por la zona, llegué tarde 6min, para que solo por 1 minuto después de la tolerancia de 5min. que llegue tarde el guardia no me deje pasar porque ya llegaste tarde.

Toda la atención por parte de la mayoría del personal, ser va al caño por los doctores de toma de sangre y toma de plaquetas, ya que yo no pude donar plaquetas por qué ya no le alcanzaba el tiempo ? y se tenía que ir a comer ( por qué ponen horarios y no los cumplen??) . Felicitaciones a la señorita de trabajo social!! Se ve le gusta su trabajo y lo hace con mucho esmero.
RECOMENDACIÓN: si van a donar plaquetas háganlo antes de las 3pm ya que después no lo hacen por qué no alcanza su horario de los Doctores y ya les da flojera hacer el procedimiento .

Congratulations to the social work lady !! You can see he likes his job and he does it with great care.
RECOMMENDATION: if you are going to donate platelets, do it before 3pm, since afterwards they do not do it because it does not reach their Doctors' schedule and they are already lazy to do the procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En los teléfonos que dan como referencia para agendar citas nunca contestan , me tarde semanas y nada , por lo que mejor tomen en cuenta sacar su cita por el portal de internet es más fácil y rápido que puedan agendar aquí ?.
Espero que la imagen les sirva de mucho porque si acuden sin cita no los dejarán donar y perderán totalmente su tiempo !!!
Recuerden seguir las instrucciones para que no los regreses ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde el vigilante no deja pasar, ni siquiera a pedir informes, realmente el IMSS debería checar su método de donación quieren sangre y pone muchas trabas.
Por cuestiones de tráfico llegué tarde a la cita me imagino que debe haber mucha gente queriendo donar porque de plano ni siquiera de me dieron opción de esperar un poco más.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supongo que mucha gente ya lo sabe, pero para los que no... los teléfonos ya no funcionan, tienes que hacer tu cita por Internet. Tristemente me enteré después de perder días pegado al teléfono; en fin.
Pues... típico centro del seguro social, como te puedes encontrar gente buena, capaz y amable, como te puedes encontrar gente sin profesionalismo y cero enpatia.
He ido dos veces, en la primera mi experiencia fue mala, desde jetas hasta el pasante que no sabia colocar la aguja y me lastimo el brazo. La más reciente todo lo contrario, gente amable y cordial, fueron rápidos y muy certeros en la extracción.
Tristemente con el IMSS es un volado...

Well ... typical social security center, how you can find good, capable and kind people, how you can find people without professionalism and zero enpatia.
I have gone twice, in the first my experience was bad, from jetas to the intern who did not know how to place the needle and hurt my arm. The most recent, quite the opposite, friendly and cordial people, they were fast and very accurate in the extraction.
Sadly with the IMSS it is a tossup ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienes que sacar cita en la página web para ir a donar, no olvides tu identificación si no no vas a pasar y tendrás que volver a agendar.
Cuando donas de manera altruista puedes pasar más rápido ya que no necesitas rellenar datos del paciente, solo los tuyos. Tienes que pasar la inspección física inicial (toma de presión, saturación, medidas de peso y estatura y oxigenación), te hacen un estudio de sangre antes de la donación (hematocrito y biometría hematica) para ver si eres apto. Por último pasas al consultorio con un doctor que se asegura que tu sangre puede ser donada.
El "sangrado" dura cerca de 3-5 minutos y después debes de ingerir el refrigerio para recuperar el volumen de sangre donado.
En especial todos fueron muy amables y les da gusto que haya gente que acude a donar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena experiencia de donación en general, las citas de tiene que hacer por internet por qué via telefónica creo que ya no se realizan. Anexo foto del formulario que hay que llenar. El proceso completo toma 2 horas y en caso de plaquetas un poco mas. La señora de trabajo social, el señor que toma los primeros análisis y la doctora muy profesionales. Todo bien hasta la toma de sangre donde la chica que me atendió en domingo por la tarde que fue de verdad muy déspota. Pero si no fuese por daría 5 estrellas
