★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Tiempos de espera prolongados, muy mala actitud de los ejecutivos de ventas. No saben responder con amabilidad. Definitivamente, se encargan de que no queden ganas de ser cliente o volver a esa sucursal. No tienen idea de lo que es atención al cliente.
Terrible service. Long wait times, very bad attitude from sales executives. They do not know how to respond with kindness. Definitely, they make sure you don't want to be a customer or go back to that branch. They have no idea what customer service is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplemente el peor banco del mundo. Iba a realizar una apertura de cuenta pero nunca me atendieron, decidí ir a otro banco. La sucursal está pulgosa y huele muy mal. El personal es grosero, prepotente, malencarado y poco útil. Qué bueno que no abrí mi cuenta en ese banco, agradezco que no me hayan atendido.
Simply the worst bank in the world. I was going to open an account but they never attended to me, I decided to go to another bank. The branch is flea and smells very bad. The staff are rude, pushy, cheeky and unhelpful. It's good that I didn't open my account at that bank, I'm grateful that they didn't help me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, tardado e ineficiente, es la única sucursal en la ciudad y no tienen el personal suficiente para atender, tiempos de espera para depósito de 1 hora al menos, si quieres sacar una cuenta mejor piensalo dos veces.
Terrible, slow and inefficient, it is the only branch in the city and they do not have enough staff to attend, waiting times for a deposit of at least 1 hour, if you want to get an account, think twice.
