Yo esperé 1 hr para ser atendido por un ejecutivo, y llegué a las 11 AM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo sé que la culpa no es de las personas que trabajan aquí, pero la empresa debería de actualizar sus procesos porque es increíblemente lento y burocrático, 4 y media horas de fila es una grosería y todo porque el servicio telefónico es deficiente y se vuelve necesario acudir sin otra opción
No hay opciones para acudir con cita y no exponerse a estás filas tan largas por prolongado tiempo lo cual es un riesgo para los clientes también.
Esta pésimamente organizado por la cantidad tan grande de personas que atender y las pocas que trabajan en esta sucursal.
BANAMEX no será un banco con el que tendré alguna relación NUNCA más en el futuro.
I know that the fault is not of the people who work here, but the company should update its processes because it is incredibly slow and bureaucratic, 4 and a half hours in line is rude and all because the telephone service is poor and becomes necessary go with no other option
There are no options to go by appointment and not be exposed to these long lines for a long time which is a risk for customers as well.
It is badly organized by the large number of people to attend and the few who work in this branch.
BANAMEX will not be a bank with which I will NEVER have a relationship again in the future.
