★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, 3hrs en una fila para hacer pago de 1min, y no ponen a más cajeros.
Además no hay una fila preferencial para personas mayores o discapacitadas, estando aquí una señora mayor se desmayo por está situación.
Terrible attention, 3hrs in a line to make 1min payment, and they don't put more cashiers.
In addition, there is no preferential line for elderly or disabled people, being here an elderly woman fainted because of this situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiempos de espero mínimo de una hora. Cada vez que te van a solucionar algo te piden actualizar datos. Hay problemas que no te pueden resolver en la sucursal, pero que por teléfono no hay opción, por lo que al final tienes que ir a sucursal para que te den otro número telefónico... Cero eficientes.
Minimum waiting times of one hour. Every time something is going to be solved, they ask you to update data. There are problems that cannot be resolved at the branch, but there is no option over the phone, so in the end you have to go to the branch to get another phone number... Zero efficiency.
