Terrible branch. One worker knows less than the next. The managers do not help in anything, and besides that they are discriminatory with a group of foreigners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si quieres que alguien te atienda ve a cualquier otro banamex! Hay 4 banqueros, de ellos 3 dan vueltas y conviven mientras una pobre trabaja.
La espera es de horas y literal somos 3 clientes.
If you want someone to take care of you, go to any other banamex! There are 4 bankers, 3 of them go around and live together while a poor woman works.
The wait is hours and we are literally 3 clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad no le tengo mucha fe a Citibanamex en general, pero en esta ocasión la máquina se tragó nuestro depósito sin comprobante ni nada. El gerente muy amable se hizo cargo y al día siguiente nos resolvió sin problema. Por eso recomiendo siempre comunicar de buena gana y agradezco la atención
The truth is, I don't have much faith in Citibanamex in general, but this time the machine swallowed our deposit without proof or anything. The very friendly manager took over and the next day he solved it for us without a problem. That is why I always recommend communicating willingly and I appreciate the attention
