★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención. Se tardan muchísimo y no resuelven nada. Las excusas de que su sistema esta fallando . Fui por estado de mi afore y me imprimieron otro estado que no pedí. Le falta capacitación a su personal.

Nunca tienen todas las cajas abiertas, los cajeros automáticos se descomponen seguido y se tardan en repararlos y nunca le pueden resolver los problemas a uno. Eso si, buenísimos para atosigar al cliente para venderle y promocionarle cosas.
Este banco va a perder muchos clientes pronto.

Cajeros automáticos: ya en dos ocasiones hago depósitos en practicaba que no se realizan. Una vez se apagó el cajero antes de entregar dinero y si me hizo el cargo. Si bien se ha solucionado, me entregan mi dinero a veces hasta un mes después.
Sin duda es el peor banco de Tequisquiapan.
