★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LA gente la dejan afuera parada en el sol, no importando si son adultos mayores etc, es un asco de sucursal, no se como lleva varios así y no hacen nada. Jamás dejen su dinero aquí yo me cambié de banco por eso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta muy descuidada la sucursal, forman a las personas afuera a pleno rayo de sol, y no hay ningún empleado a quien se le pueda preguntar las dudas que se tengan, les falta calidad en el servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal el servicio,para entrar a actualizar datos ,me tardaron más de 4 horas .Es la única sucursal en la Alcaldía .deberían haber por lo menos dos más para el número de clientes que hay ,en lo que estuve esperando se retiraron varios clientes que si no me da la hora de cierre y no salgo .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ME PREGUNTO SI POR ESTAR LA SUCURSAL EN XOCHIMILCO, ASIGNAN TAN POCO PRESUPUEST PARA ESTA SUCURSAL. LA FILA AFUERA DEL BANCO ES LARGA EN PLENO SOL O LLUVIA, MUY POCO PERSONAL. ESTS BANCO EXTRANJEROS GANAN MUCHO Y DAN PÉSIMO SERVICIO Y CARO.
I WONDER IF BECAUSE THE BRANCH IS IN XOCHIMILCO, THEY ALLOCATE SO LITTLE BUDGET FOR THIS BRANCH. THE LINE OUTSIDE THE BANK IS LONG IN FULL SUN OR RAIN, VERY LITTLE STAFF. THESE FOREIGN BANKS EARN A LOT AND GIVE A BAD AND EXPENSIVE SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La última vez que fui hice fila de 2.30 horas, porque pasaban a los adultos mayores indiscriminadamente, dejando que la fila creciera. Luego adentro de la sucursal perdí otras 2 horas porque el servicio era muy lento. Finalmente cuando pasé a la ventanilla se tardaron una hora en atención a clientes. ES LO QUE SIGUE DE PÉSIMO, PERO ANTES NO ERA ASÍ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una sucursal amplia , los cajeros son efecientes pero quitaron sillas y por eso no puede pasar mucha gente y eso repercute en que la fila en el estacionamiento sea muy larga y se pasa mucho tiempo a pleno sol , además de que acude mucha gente ; el estacionamiento es amplio , pero no hay vigilancia y a veces hay personas dentro de su coche y eso puede ser peligroso.
It is a large branch , the tellers are efficient but they removed chairs and for this reason not many people can get through and that means that the line in the parking lot is very long and you spend a lot of time in the sun , in addition to the fact that many people come ; the parking lot is ample, but there is no surveillance and sometimes there are people inside your car and that can be dangerous.

Su organización y atención al cliente es pésima, el área de los ejecutivos está abierta y todo mundo se entera de tu información y de lo que vas a hacer. Lo mejor es ver a los empleados comunicarse entre ellos a puro grito, sin importar el cliente que tienen a lado.
The branch always seems dirty. Its organization and customer service is terrible, the executive area is open and everyone finds out about your information and what you are going to do. The best thing is to see employees communicate with each other at the top of their voices, regardless of the customer next to them.
