★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Des afortunadamente no atienden bien los gerentes y ejecutivos de cuenta, son varias veces las que he tenido que ir a realizar tramites, pero son muy arrogantes y pedantes, hasta que me comunique con la matriz pudieron resolver mi problema en la sucursal, sin embargo los cajeros atienden muy bien y son muy amables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo banco, ya son dos días que intento reponer mi tarjeta que se la trago el cajero y nada, ayer estuve una hora formada y la fila no avanzaba porque solo había un asesor y hoy llego y lo mismo, es el banco mas complicado para todo tienes que ir a la sucursal, no lo recomiendo para nada!
