★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los ejecutivos del banco son personas muy déspotas, no otorgan de forma adecuada y clara la información a los adultos mayores, no les tienen paciencia, ni les otorgan una atención digna.
Es un banco que no entrega efectivo cuando los adultos mayores solicitan su dinero, y los mandan a otros bancos a hacer sus retiros donde les cobran comisiones por cada consulta de saldo y retiro de efectivo. Siendo esto una absurda incoherencia, que las personas mayores tengan que ir a otros bancos a retirar su dinero, y pagar esta cuotas, teniendo el propio banco del programa de apoya "Banco del Bienestar", preguntándose uno, ¿BIENESTAR para quien?
Bank executives are very despotic people, they do not provide information to the elderly adequately and clearly, they do not have patience with them, nor do they give them dignified care.
It is a bank that does not deliver cash when older adults request their money, and they send them to other banks to make their withdrawals where they are charged commissions for each balance inquiry and cash withdrawal. This being an absurd incoherence, that older people have to go to other banks to withdraw their money, and pay these fees, having the bank itself support the "Banco del Bienestar" program, wondering, WELL-BEING for whom?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor sucursal, la atención es nefasta, las cajeras son nefasta, no tienen calidad humana, ni empatía a las necesidades de las personas que asisten a que se les atienda, son ineficientes, déspotas, irresponsables, atienden como si hicieran un favor sin darse cuenta que reciben un sueldo. ¡Horrible el "servicio"!
Tienen que llegar a formarse desde las 12 am para tener la certeza de que te atiendan porque sino, no te garantizan el servicio porque cierran a las 4:30 y la fila de 20 personas tarda en ser "atendida" más de 3 horas
It is the worst branch, the attention is disastrous, the cashiers are disastrous, they do not have human quality, nor empathy for the needs of the people who attend to be served, they are inefficient, despotic, irresponsible, they serve as if they were doing a favor without realize that they receive a salary. Horrible "service"!
They have to arrive in line from 12 am to be sure that they serve you because otherwise, they do not guarantee the service because they close at 4:30 and the line of 20 people takes more than 3 hours to be "served"
