★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mi me parece muy importante que en el Banco del Bienestar haya una modalidad de tarjeta de débito que paga intereses. También el proyecto llevar sucursales a las regiones más apartadas y lejanas en toda la República de México

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actualicen su información acudí y me encontré una cartulina, “abierto de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 16:hrs. Es molesto que su información sea falsa y que además digan que hay presencia de clientes mayor al acostumbrado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala en la sucursal Canal Nacional. Mucha gente y un solo cajero los 4 días que he ido. Y no he podido hacer mis operaciones .
Very bad in the Canal Nacional branch. Lots of people and only one cashier the 4 days I've been there. And I have not been able to do my operations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super atención mi papá llego a las 4 y lo llevaron en una camioneta a otra sucursal para ser atendido, el traslado fue gratuito, y lo llevaron y regresaron. Fueron Super amables, el regreso feliz y dice que iban todos los adultos platicando y divirtiéndose. Muchas gracias ☺️. Si pudiera daría 10 estrellas
Super attention my dad arrived at 4 and they took him in a van to another branch to be treated, the transfer was free, and they took him and returned. They were super nice, the return happy and he says that all the adults were talking and having fun. Thank you very much ☺️. If I could I would give 10 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fácil de encontrar pero con una ubicación dudosa para retirar dinero. El banco no cuenta con cajero automático, sin embargo la señorita que atiende es rápida.
Recomiendo ir con tu INE pues para todo te la piden.
Easy to find but in a questionable location to withdraw money. The bank does not have an ATM, however the lady who attends is quick.
I recommend going with your INE because they ask for it for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow no entiendo tan mal trato, con qué motivo? Todos trabajamos y creo que buscamos hacer lo mejor en nuestros trabajos. No necesitan tratar tan mal a los clientes. Me paso a mi y no hay problema porque soy joven, pero hay personas mayores de edad y eso si da mucha pena. Espero mejoren.
Wow I do not understand such a bad treatment, for what reason? We all work and I think we seek to do our best in our jobs. They don't need to treat customers so badly. It happened to me and there is no problem because I am young, but there are people of legal age and that is very sad. I hope they improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a principios de mes y las fila era interminable para pago de pensiones de adultos mayores. Mejor tuve que ir a otra sucursal, de verdad es una locura, no vayan en los primeros dias del mes.
I went at the beginning of the month and the lines were endless to pay pensions for the elderly. Better I had to go to another branch, it really is crazy, do not go in the first days of the month.
