★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este de reforma muy mal, no hay quien de informes, el cajero no tiene efectivo, los que están en ventanilla no saben nada, ah! y lo peor no hay vigilancia.
Si pudiera calificarlos con -1⭐ cuenten con eso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El banco terrible, en ventanilla tardan horas atendiendo a una sola persona, no te dan bien la información y nada más te hacen dar de vueltas a lo menso.
Yo que aún soy joven puedo estar las horas formada pero no piensan ni un poco en los adultos mayores.
Pésimo!!!
The terrible bank, at the teller window they take hours to attend to a single person, they don't give you good information and they just make you go around at least.
I, who am still young, can spend hours trained but they don't think a bit about older adults.
Appalling!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde el 7 de marzo de 2022 metí una reclamación por un dinero no entregado por cajero y hasta la fecha no hay solución. Llamé al 800900200 opción 2 y me dieron un número telefónico de esa sucursal que nunca contestan.
Since March 7, 2022 I filed a claim for money not delivered by an ATM and to date there is no solution. I called 800900200 option 2 and they gave me a phone number for that branch that they never answer.
