★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Solo 1 persona para tramites y 3 cajeros para depositos. Tienes que tener al menos 2 o mas horas para hacer un trámite.
Terrible. Only 1 person for paperwork and 3 cashiers for deposits. You have to have at least 2 or more hours to complete a procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pase una pésima experiencia en servicio a clientes y aclaraciones llevo más de 2 horas esperando atencion por activar mi netkey ademas de que cuando me quejo de la espera tan larga el personal me dice que nada más es la única que atiende y la persona encargada de esa área me dice que está ocupada y que si gusto esperar. Eso me da a atender que mi tiempo no vale ni mi espera que si no me gusta pues que le llegue, de verdad pésima atención .. me hace pensar seriamente en dónde pongo mi confianza y lealtad con este banco.
I had a terrible experience in customer service and clarifications I have been waiting for more than 2 hours for attention to activate my netkey in addition to that when I complain about the long wait the staff tells me that nothing else is the only one who attends and the person in charge of that area tells me that it is busy and that I like to wait. That gives me to take care that my time is not worth my wait, if I do not like it, then, really bad attention ... it makes me seriously think about where I put my trust and loyalty with this bank.
