★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un horror. Sólo tienen dos asesores, que se ve que se saturan. En el sistema para asignar turno te orientan mal, prácticamente no te atienden si no te pones al tú por tú con ellos y da por hecho que te harán dar vueltas varios días porque no saben resolver nada.Huyan de banamex.

Una asesora me abrió pero se negó a atenderme para desbloquear mi tarjeta y poder retirar mi dinero.
Google, por favor cambien ese dato para no hacernos ir a lo tonto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Llegas y te pides que esperes en una sala, que no necesitas turno. 15 minutos después te dicen que no te pueden atender si no tienes turno. Y cuando regresas a pedir el turno te piden que tengas paciencia porque ellos solo quieren atenderte.
Terrible service. You arrive and ask yourself to wait in a room, you don't need a turn. 15 minutes later they tell you that they can't attend to you if you don't have a turn. And when you return to ask for your turn, they ask you to be patient because they just want to serve you.
