 It is always full and not all the cashiers are served, the cashiers are divided and it is better to go than those that are attached to the bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros están divididos para depositar y para retirar, ojalá hubiese esa división en todos los banamex. Casi no hay gente entre semana(en los cajeros).
The ATMs are divided to deposit and to withdraw, I wish there was that division in all the Banamex. There are almost no people during the week (at ATMs).

I have had problems obtaining an afore account statement, they send me to Celaya, it is not fair because there is a branch that the cashiers do not know how to solve.

Terrible a single box for more than 20 clients, the cashier told me that she could not collect a referenced order and in the end the manager could do them for a long time for a very simple procedure

You will never find stable service at these ATMs. Out of 7 days, 6 fail, let's say that Monday is the best day to make a deposit at the special ATMs. Branch closed, what a Banamex service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Los 8 cajeros están continuamente fuera de servicio y la sucursal lleva cerrada dos años por pandemia.
Mejor saquen cuenta en otro banco o utilicen el ATM de CiBanco.
Terrible service. The 8 ATMs are continuously out of service and the branch has been closed for two years due to a pandemic.
It is better to take out an account in another bank or use the CiBanco ATM.
