★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para la ventanilla esta bien, son ágiles. Pero para otros tramites muy lentos, exageradamente lentos. Tienes que anotarte en una lista para que te atiendan y ninguno de los trabajadores te orienta. 1 hora aprox para atender a una sola persona.

Sela pasa jugando con el raton de la compu, disque atiende a gente que no esta registrada en la lista de espera. Se ve que no sabe atender. Por emplados como estos voy a cambiar de BANCO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una sucursal pequeña y por consiguiente muuuuuy lenta. Si necesitan algún trámite con un ejecutivo vayan con mínimo 2 horas de disponibilidad de tiempo, ya que tardan bastante en atender. En general los ejecutivos no tienen enfoque de atención al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literal el peor servicio del mundo. Llamo a desbloquear mi banca electrónica y me dicen que vaya a sucursal a verificar mi información. La verifico en sucursal y me dicen en el teléfono que tiene que hablar con el ejecutivo. Llego con el ejecutivo y me dice que no puede hacer la llamada y la tengo que hacer yo. No quiso hacer la llamada de su escritorio porque le dio flojera y después llame a servicio a cliente y me dice que tiene que hablar con el ejecutivo y no pude ayudarme. Me dicen dos cosas diferentes y no ayudan al cliente. Tiempo de espera es más de 20 minutos. Peor sucursal.
Literal the worst service in the world. I call to unlock my electronic banking and they tell me to go to the branch to verify my information. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de parte del banco. Acudimos a realizar un retiro de una cantidad considerable y el cajero tiene trampa, no nos dio el efectivo y claramente se veía el dinero al fondo, al realizar llamada nos mandaron a esta patrulla los cuales sirvieron para absolutamente NADA, el cajero se ve claramente manipulado y dijeron que no podían hacer nada. Mencionaron que se tenia que hacer el reporte por llamada pero por llamada no quisieron atendernos por la hora. Regresamos al día siguiente a realizar el reporte y no nos atendieron en ventanilla, que todo es por llamada. Al fin pudimos poner la queja para la devolución del dinero y nos dijeron que falla en nuestra contra aún con todas las evidencias presentadas.
HSBC ES EL PEOR BANCO, NO SE INTERESA POR LOS CLIENTES, TANTO ASI QUE SE ROBARON ESE DINERO.
