★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este banco manejo mis cuentas diversas, su servicio es rápido, para manejo de pensiones, su afore es muy recomendable por estable, en inversiónes se invierte en empresas del Grupo Carso con alto rendimiento y bajo riesgo, me parece que es un banco subestimado, pertenece a las empresas de Carlos Slim

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No atienden rapido apesar de que no hay gente , en general se les va el sistema y comienzan denuevo , y se tardan de 12 a 48 horas para actualizar tus datos , si ocupas un papel o algo rapido es imposible , aparte el afore no es en cualquier sucursal te mandan lejos , muy mal servicio lo unico bueno es que te hablan con cariño jajaja si pudiera darles menos estrellas estaria mejor
They do not attend quickly even though there are no people, in general the system goes away and they start again, and it takes 12 to 48 hours to update your data, if you occupy a paper or something fast it is impossible, apart from the afore it is not in any branch they send you away, very bad service the only good thing is that they speak to you with affection hahaha if I could give them less stars it would be better
