★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para traspasar mi nómina tuve que llegar yo con la información ya que carecían del conocimiento. Así mismo para cobrar un envío de dinero me pidieron que llevara copia de mi identificación a pesar de ser cliente del banco (es decir no me pudieron sacar la copia allí mismo)
To transfer my payroll I had to arrive with the information since they lacked the knowledge. Likewise, to collect a money transfer they asked me to bring a copy of my identification despite being a bank customer (that is, they could not get the copy right there)
