★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is only bank in Puerto Penasco that has an ATM which issues US dollars. There are two ATM in a small room right of the entrance. I used it twice. Once I went inside and asked for help from customer service. He gestured that I had to use the atm.
Both times I had to do process twice before I accomplished goal of getting monies. There was a fee of $3 and my bank also charged me.
This bank is at convenient location and the 8 to 12 store nearby has a bakery inside.
