Hoy por la mañana llegue a este banco multiva en Vasconcelos y me estacione en un exclusivo de ellos yo quería abrir una cuenta ahí, me recibe un señor que trabaja ahí y me pregunta que si voy al banco si no le hablan a la grúa para que se lleve mi coche , no se si por el carro que no es del año o cuál sería el problema y el cajón decía multiva ,no decía que era del director o algo asi , como quiera entre al banco , pero me sentí muy incómoda, mejor sigo con mis cuentas en banamex y Banorte, que ahí desde que llegas tedan unabuena bienvenida y no te reciben con amenaza de grúa, que triste que hagan diferencias para dar servicio porque apenas me estaba estacionando y ya me sentía incómoda, preferí ir a Banamex dónde se que me reciben con gusto y hasta me abren la puerta de entrada.
