Ingresé a las 9:43 am para una apertura de cuenta y dieron las 11:43 am y aún no era atendido, pasaban otras personas que ni turno tenían y les dices algo "enseguida le atiendo"
"Pasa rápido"
Insuficiente el servicio para la demanda que tiene.
No engañen a la gente y diganles que regresen en 2 horas y media para que los atiendan!

I entered at 9:43 am for an account opening and it was 11:43 am and it was still not attended, other people passed by who did not have a turn and you say something to them "I'll take care of you right away"

Insufficient service for the demand it has.
Don't fool people and tell them to come back in 2 and a half hours to be seen!
