★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, sin actitud de servicio, desde que ingresas ya te están poniendo algún pretexto para dar solución a la problemática...No resolvieron el desbloqueo de mi banca electrónica... Me atendió el Sr. Aarón que lo ubicaran muy bien por su anillote de calavera en su mano izquierda.

The staff is not trained to solve problems that the bank itself generates. They are not able to give me documentation because "it is already in the file and I don't know how to ask for it"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido varias veces a la sucursal select y la recepcionista es lo peor. Tiene una actitud pesima te atiende de mala gana, no tiene sentido ser Select con personal así. Es la primera impresión que dan y muy mala. Los ejecutivos son más amables pero en serio tienen que corregir la recepcionista.
I have been several times to the select branch and the receptionist is the worst. He has a terrible attitude, he attends you reluctantly, it makes no sense to be Select with staff like that. It is the first impression they give and a very bad one. The executives are nicer but they seriously need to correct the receptionist.
