Todo el estacionamiento ocupado con muy poca gente en el banco. Ademas se relajaron con las medidas de acceso.

Pésimo servicio. Estan cero organizados. Tardan horas en atenderte y el servicio en general es extremadamente lento .No tengan tarjetas de Santander nunca

Mala atención, no quieren realizar su trabajo que es atender al cliente, fui a realizar tramite de una tarjeta de nomina, traia la carta de la empresa. Llegando me dicen que no ha sistema, que eso era el. Jueves, que iba a hacer el tramite, pero que iba a salir.. Total.. Le dije quieres o no hacer el tramite y me dice es que voy a salir,!!!! Es triste que crean que nos hacen un favor cuando x el cliente es que les pagan su nomina.

Solo dejan dentro a 10 personas y si las ejecutivas no tienen gente te dicen que no puedes pasar con ellos por que hay 10 para caja, se la pasan en el teléfono mientras te dejan en el sol

No funcionaba el escanner para mi INE. 40 minutos para que me entregaran mi nueva tarjeta. La sucursal está descuidada y en general falta mejor atención al cliente.

No es adecuado acudir a esta sucursal, dada la contingencia a uno lo tienen esperando en el sol, en lugar de regalar pantallas deberían invertir en una malla sombra. Ya dentro de la sucursal, el lugar es demasiado pequeño, con sólo una o dos cajas, además de que son muy tardados en sus trámites. Lo mejor es no tener cuenta en esa sucursal.

La sucursal es muy chica y el servicio mediocre. No hay espacio suficiente para el distanciamiento social y no hay toma de temperatura tampoco. El servicio es deficiente ya que cuando lo he requerido, me han referido a llamar al servicio telefónico sin prestarme ningún tipo de atención mínima o darme certeza de sus procesos o el estatus de mi tarjeta. Preferiría no volver nunca, pero por desgracia tendré que hacerlo.
The branch is very small and the service mediocre. There is not enough space for social distancing and there is no temperature taking either. The service is poor since when I have requested it, they have referred me to call the telephone service without paying me any kind of minimum attention or giving me certainty about their processes or the status of my card. I'd rather never go back, but unfortunately I'll have to.
