★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio. Se les fue el sistema en caja por mas de 10 minutos. Solo hay 3 ejecutivos atendiendo. Tengo 20 min aquí y la fila no ha avanzado. Sale un ejecutivo a decirnos a mi y otra persona que hagamos fila afuera, le pregunto si hay ejecutivo select en esta sucursal ya que yo soy cliente select, me comenta que si pero que está en su hora de comida. ¡Vaya entonces tener la tarjeta select al parecer no me sirve de nada en esta sucursal!. Terrible atención al cliente. Aparte otro de los ejecutivos estaba descuidando a las personas que vienen a atención con un ejecutivo porque vinieron dos personas a ver lo de sacarle copia a unas puertas del banco o reemplazar la chapa. Terrible.
Terrible service. The boxed system was gone for more than 10 minutes. There are only 3 executives attending. I have 20 min here and the line has not advanced. An executive comes out to tell me and another person to stand in line outside, I ask him if there is a select executive in this branch since I am a select customer, he tells me yes but that he is on his lunch hour. Well then, having the select card seems to be of no use to me at this branch !. Terrible customer service. Apart from that, another of the executives was neglecting the people who come to attention with an executive because two people came to see the thing about making a copy of some bank doors or replacing the sheet metal. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los ejecutivos (que son 3) no tienen atendiendo a nadie y no te quieren atender, el servicio es presimo. Alguien debería revisar eso porque así no se puede en un banco
The executives (there are 3 of them) are not serving anyone and they don't want to serve you, the service is excellent. Someone should check that because you can't do that in a bank

The worst branch in customer service, they already look like social security, they take centuries to attend and resolve, it even seems like they do it on purpose so as not to work anymore
