★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido a otras sucursales y el servicio al cliente es eficaz y rápido, en esta sucursal en lo particular el tiempo de espera para pasar con un ejecutivo es demasiado (2 horas con 30 minutos como mínimo) tampoco observé buena organización y no puedes sacar cita con antelación.
Lo digo con objetividad; falta mejorar mucho su sistema, la plataforma y su servicio al cliente.
I have been to other branches and the customer service is efficient and fast, in this particular branch the waiting time to spend with an executive is too long (2 hours and 30 minutes at least) I also did not observe good organization and you cannot make an appointment in advance.

Y sumale que en lo que el ejecutivo va atendiendo habla por teléfono... No recomiendo asistir a este banco
