Los cajeros no funcionan y la ejecutiva te dice dice que no dispongas dinero del cajero que realiza cobros por los vas a bloquear. El servio es pésimo me activaron una tarjeta sin solicitarla. Me pidieron mi ine para identificarme y la utilizaron para activar una tarjeta.

Me gustaria que cerraran esta sucursal y despidan a los empleados son muy insuficientes y groseros hacen lo que quieran ni estan en sus lugares andan comiendo jugando su celular espero que hagan algo @SANTANDER espero alguna mejora a la sucursal y atencion……

Desconozco el procedimiento de atención al cliente del banco y el protocolo que llevan sus ejecutivos, pero he venido dos días seguidos y he esperado más de una hora y he visto que atiendan a 3 personas. Desde afuera solo se puede apreciar que el personal está sentado en sus escritorios y sin atender a nadie.

Más de 2 hrs. Para que me atendiera un ejecutivo y llegue antes de que abrieran, son muy lentos y solo para cambiar unos datos personales, que ni culpa mia es no se por que no lo guardan ya voy haciendo esto 3 veces...( Actualización de datos) y ya pasaron al compadre que tenía la ficha 17, 10 más que la mía y yo sigo aquí...☠️
