★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio varía dependiendo del ejecutivo que te apoya en trámites, por más de una ocasión el servicio que me han brindado es pésimo y me hicieron esperar mucho más que a otros dando como respuesta, te brincaron de la lista y ya vamos en otra hoja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de ejecutivos es ágil, el de ventanillas es lento, en diferentes visitas para cobrar un cheque he tardado en promedio 70 minutos para una fila de 16 personas aprox. Punto a favor es que atienden hasta el último cliente formado, he estado formado en bbva de plaza cristal desde las 3:00 pm y 3:45 pm empiezan a recorrer la fila para avisarte que dando las 4:00 pm sólo atenderán 10 personas con la excusa del aforo permitido.
