★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena. Ahorita por la pandemia el sistema es lento hay que tener paciencia. Hay mucha gente que quiere hacer una operación pero no pueden entrar muchos al banco porque son reglas. Les pido paciencia por favor.
 The attention is good. Right now due to the pandemic the system is slow, you have to be patient. There are many people who want to make a transaction but not many can enter the bank because they are rules. I ask for your patience please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider habe ich kein Geld (9000 Pesos) aus dem Automaten bekommen, aber meine Bank hat die Abhebung gemeldet. Jetzt habe ich Stress mit meiner Bank am Hals. In der Filiale spricht keiner Englisch, keiner könnte mir helfen. Nicht empfehlenswert ?
Unfortunately I didn't get any money (9000 Pesos) from the machine, but my bank reported the withdrawal. Now I have stress with my bank on my neck. Nobody speaks English in the branch, nobody could help me. Not recommended ?

I tried to withdraw 2000 Mexican pesos, the transaction was canceled and I did not get my money however after being on hold for 5 days, the transaction was validated and the amount was withdrawn from my account .. how to do ? I don't speak Spanish and I'm no longer in Puerto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I just found out they have a strange fee that they charge for 'non active' accounts. If you don't do any transactions for 3 months you get charged a $120.°° peso fine. Plus a $22.°° peso transaction cost for them having to withdrawl that fine! W.T.F.?! And every 3 months that your account is inactive...that's right, another $144 pesos gets removed from your bank accout.
Nothing about it in the contract.
If you don't believe me, check with the bank. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service i have ever recieved. The person at the door looked at me as if i was there to rob the bank, then started giving everyone preference over me. GOodbye santander, will be telling everyone i know to look for another bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and secure ATM location to use. Low 38 MXN fee. However be aware that the big machines have a maximum 3000 MXN limit. The small machines are 6000 MXN. So if you use the big machines and want more then 3000... you’ll end up doing 2 withdrawals and paying two fees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently this is the best ATM to use. I haven’t used any others so I can’t compare, but I have been told it was the lowest fees. I have used it a few times, it’s big, open, safe, and functional.
