They only have one cashier attending the window despite the fact that there are two others there without doing anything, which causes long waiting times.

Y el poco personal que tienen los miras charlando y comiendo y te atienden cuando se les da la gana. Ridiculous. Waiting almost 5 hours in line in the sun and water just to pick up a replacement debit card. And the few staff they have you look at them chatting and eating and they attend to you when they feel like it.
V	Vika Olano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble ver con que tranquilidad cumplen con su horario los ejecutivos, dos horas esperando para pasar con uno de ellos para un trámite tan sencillo, se anuncian como un banco Disponible, Útil, Intuitivo, Cerca, Práctico, Sencillo, Rápido, Seguro, Ágil. Nada de lo anterior se cumple si no cuentan con un ejecutivo para cada situación. Para desbloquear mi tarjeta, tengo que esperar más de dos horas a que atiendan personas que vienen a aperturar cuentas? Es ridículo!! La chica de la puerta debería poder resolver estos casos sencillos, para no tener que esperar tanto!! It is incredible to see how calmly the executives comply with their schedule, two hours waiting to spend with one of them for such a simple procedure, they are advertised as a bank Available, Useful, Intuitive, Close, Practical, Simple, Fast, Safe, Agile . None of the above is fulfilled if they do not have an executive for each situation. To unblock my card, do I have to wait more than two hours for people who come to open accounts to answer? It's ridiculous!! The girl at the door should be able to solve these simple cases, so you don't have to wait so long!!

A	ANTONIO J PRIETO JR. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the banks in Mexico Playa Del Carmen are slow. The lines are long every day. From 9AM to 5PM daily. It's a huge hassle. What I am surprised by most is the fact that these banks have everybday waiting in line and that easily spreads virus. And another sad point is that many poor people are using the ONLY DAY OFF to spend half of their day WAITING IN LINES.
