★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vayan a ésta sucursal, de ser posible no tengan cuentas en este banco. La atención es lenta y deficiente, los agentes son incompetentes al dar su servicio y te cobran por acciones que no solicitas. Por favor infórmense bien para no pasar por situaciones desagradables.

The worst branch I have visited in all of Mexico. Inept, slow, their ATMs don't work, their employees are useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que flojera de sucursal. 3 horas haciendo fila para pasar a ejecutivo por una nómina. 3 largas horas en el sol. Que fea sucursal y aunque son amables, QUE LENTOS son para atender.
What a lazy branch. 3 hours in line to go to executive for a payroll. 3 long hours in the sun. What an ugly branch and although they are friendly, HOW SLOW they are to attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera le daba -1, son tardados, groseros, la tarjeta de nómina es un fracaso, el sistema es lento, las políticas del banco son poco flexibles y para un trámite sencillo como retirar mi dinero son trabas y la perdida de toda tu mañana.
No lo recomiendo y jamás vuelvo!
If I could I would give it -1, they are late, rude, the payroll card is a failure, the system is slow, the bank's policies are not very flexible and for a simple procedure like withdrawing my money they are obstacles and the loss of your entire morning .
I do not recommend it and I will never go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal fue un buen banco, pero ahora la verdad deja muchísimo que decear en todos los sentidos, hay demaciada fila para entrar, los ejecutivos se tardan demaciado en atender, en ves de remodelar el lugar hubieran puesto más personal, tarde más de hora y media en que me atendieran para recoger la reposición de mi tarjeta.
Pésimo banco.
Personally, it was a good bank, but now the truth leaves a lot to be desired in every way, there is too much line to enter, the executives take too long to attend, instead of remodeling the place they would have put more staff, it takes more than an hour and a half when they attended me to pick up the replacement of my card.
Terrible bank.
