★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se requiere arreglar un problema respecto a una tarjeta y al anotarse para ser atendido no respetan dicho turno pues reciben a gente que hizo cita antes, entonces para que me sirve anotarse, y aclaro solo se sacó cita si no se terminó el trámite. Muy mal, esto no pasa en HSBC.
