Es un banco pequeño, los cajeros de depósitos nunca funcionan y el personal no organiza las filas para el ingreso de las personas.

Pésimo servicio, no te saben dar la información ni los documentos que necesitas, y cuando los tienes te regresan por qué no tienes algo que supuestamente ellos te habían dicho que traer, lamentable, pésimo personal .

Pésimo servicio, pésima atención, 3 horas esperando para nada. Hay 15 personas esperando y el ejecutivo lleva 2 horas con la misma persona.

Pésimo lugar, el peor de todos los bancos, sus ejecutivos no sirven para nada no te resuelven absolutamente nada filas por horas y ellos platicando sin atender para que al final te digan q regreses otro día porque falla el sistema, eviten de ser posible mejor cambien de banco???

El peor banco que existe, un asco el servicio. Mas de 3 horas esperando para que no te atiendan.

Es un buen lugar, las oficinas son amplias y siempre respetando los protocolos de sanidad, el personal es muy cortes y siempre están atentos a tus necesidades, sin embargo, le doy 4 estrellas ya que en ocasiones la atención es deficiente, hablando propiamente de la superlinea, es mejor acudir a la sucursal y esperar una pronta respuesta.
It is a good place, the offices are spacious and always respecting health protocols, the staff is very courteous and they are always attentive to your needs, however, I give it 4 stars since sometimes the attention is deficient, properly speaking of the superline, it is better to go to the branch and wait for a prompt response.
