Pesima atención al cliente, los ejecutivos más preocupados por comer que por atender al cliente. Me tuvieron 4 horas esperando para recoger un plástico de reposición y pasaron a personas que llegaron después de mi turno.
Poor customer service, executives more concerned with eating than serving the customer. They kept me waiting for 4 hours to pick up a replacement plastic and they passed people who came after my shift.

Pésimo servicio tardaron 4 horas en atenderme solo para recoger una tarjeta de crédito que decepción son extremadamente lentos no tienen ganas de trabajar es mejor buscar otras sucursales ?

La señorita de la entrada algo groserita al pedirle ayuda con el turno digital, la señorita de ventanilla mismo caso, les falta más empatía y unos cuantos cursos de atención al cliente, sólo cuando les llevan café o algún regalito te atienden bien y rápido.

Excelente banco para personas modernas. Se agenda turno desde el celular. Se recomienda tener ambas aplicaciones instaladas en el celular si vas con ejecutivo. Así como tener Internet.

A pesar de su afán por modernizar aún no están preparados para su uso; es muy molesto el necesitar forzosamente tu celular para escanear el código QR ya que su sistema falla y se reinicia. Una persona que no posee celular,datos o un adulto mayor tendrá que esperar a que se le atienda de forma normal. Iban en el turno C-50, falló y avanzó al C-65 pero no rectificaron, atendieron según ese segundo orden, al cabo de 15 minutos regreso al correcto. En otra ocasión acudí con un ejecutivo, espere literalmente una hora, llegó otra persona y la atendieron antes, me queje para únicamente recibir la respuesta de que esperaría lo que tendría que esperar . A todo esto acudí ya que la app se bloquea constantemente, ni en sucursal ni por teléfono logran dar solución, la desbloquean y al paso de 2 días nuevamente me pide llamar a superlinea.

Pésimo lugar! No vengan más de una hora esperando para entrar, la actitud de los empleados es terrible. Ni en select avanzas no te dejan ni acercarte, una sola fila para todo, vayan a perder su tiempo a otro lado
