★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de esta sucursal es extremadamente malo. siempre que vayas vas a encontrar una fila interminable por la lentitud de atención. lamentablemente es la sucursal más cercana a mi domicilio y por eso atendía a ella, sin embargo cambié a la que está en circuito madrigal y parece que cambias de país. En la sucursal de ValleReal el servicio de los cajeros es déspota, no tienen sentido de privacidad y se nota que no les gusta estar ahí. en 3 ocasiones me ha tocado escuchar peleas entre clientes y empleados con faltas de respeto. les recomiendo no tener esta sucursal como opción
The service at this branch is extremely bad. Whenever you go you will find an endless line due to the slowness of attention. Unfortunately it is the branch closest to my home and that is why I attended to it, however I changed to the one that is in the madrigal circuit and it seems that you are changing country. At the ValleReal branch, the ATM service is despotic, they have no sense of privacy and you can tell they don't like being there. on 3 occasions I have heard fights between clients and employees with disrespect. I recommend not having this branch as an option

Most ATMs do not work, they lack maintenance and they do not have cash, if they hope to collect for the good purpose go to another bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta ahora en mi opinión la peor sucursal de Santander. Pésimo trato de los ejecutivos. Constantemente falla el servicio. No tienen la mínima cortesía de dar atención al cliente y mucho menos personalizada. Te entretienen hasta 2hrs para entregarte una tarjeta de reposición no personalizada. Lenta atención y poco resolutiva.
So far in my opinion the worst branch of Santander. Terrible treatment of executives. The service constantly fails. They do not have the minimum courtesy of giving customer service and much less personalized. They take you up to 2 hours to deliver a non-personalized replacement card. Slow attention and little resolution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT open an account here if you are a foreigner. I have had an account with this bank for 2 years within those two years the account has stopped functioning twice! The customer care does not care probably because I am a foreigner. Nobody takes time to explain the reasons for anything happening. The last time I could not access money for one month. No explanation at all. They closed my account without even telling me the reason. It has been a terrible experience!
