★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servico, me llego un correo donde entraron a mi cuenta a cambiar datos, marque por telefono y me dijeron que tenia que ir directamente a sucursal a hacer los cambios y el reporte, fui, y me tardaron 2 horas en atenderme, por que solo tienen a 1 ejecutiva, cuando entre a que me atendiera solo me puso a que marcara desde sucursal a la atencion al cliente por telefono para que les explicara mi caso, solo se la pasaban colgandome y sin darme solucion, luego la ejecutiva me dijo que me retirara que ella se encargaria de marcar y me avisaba, no me regreso la llamada en 1 semana, hasta que volvi a ir, en la segunda visita espere 3 horas, luego entre, la ejecutiva me dijo que no le habia movido nada a mi caso y apenas lo comenzo a checar, 2 horas ahi y lo unico que hicieron fue ponerle un bloque a mi cuenta para que no hicieran nada, pero no me ayudaron a cambiar mis datos, osea de nuevo no me pudo ayudar ni ella ni por telefono, a lo que de nuevo me indico que me retirara y que lo iba a checar, y otra semana mas ha pasado y nomas no me resuelven nada, lo bueno fue que en dias anteriores a que me cambiaran datos saque todo el dinero que tenia, pero aun asi mi cuenta esta bloquedada, con los datos cambiados y no me ayudan en nada, ya mejor me cambie de banco por que no valen madre!
Very bad service, I got an email where they entered my account to change data, I dialed by phone and they told me that I had to go directly to the branch to make the changes and the report, I went, and it took me 2 hours to attend to me, because only They have 1 executive, when he came to attend me, he only told me to dial customer service from the branch to explain my case, they just kept hanging on me and without giving me a solution, then the executive told me that I will withdraw that she would be in charge of dialing and let me know, I did not return the call in 1 week, until I went back, on the second visit I waited 3 hours, then I came in, the executive told me that she had not moved anything to my case and I just started to check it, 2 hours there and the only thing they did was put a block on my account so that they did not do anything, but they did not help me to change my data, I mean, again she could not help me or by phone, to which again he told me to withdraw and that I was going to check, and another week has passed and they just don't solve anything for me, the good thing was that in the days before they changed my data I took out all the money I had, but even so my account is blocked, with the data changed and I don't They help in nothing, and I'd better change my bank because they are not worth mother!
