★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero felicitar está sucursal, exelente atención, personal muy capacitado y eficaz, servicio rápido y buen trato, además quiero señalar que su compromiso por el problema de la contingencia lo llevan acabo de manera excelente tomando todos los protocolos de seguridad, tapetes de sanitización, gel antibacterial, toma de temperatura, exigiendo el uso del cubrebocas y la sana distancia, me llamó la atención que cada vez que alguien ocupaba el cajero automático había una persona desinfectando el cajero cosa que no e visto en otros bancos, 5 estrellas para esta sucursal.
I want to congratulate this branch, excellent attention, highly trained and effective staff, fast service and good treatment, I also want to point out that their commitment to the problem of contingency is carried out in an excellent way by taking all the security protocols, sanitization mats, gel antibacterial, temperature measurement, demanding the use of the mask and the healthy distance, it caught my attention that every time someone occupied the ATM there was a person disinfecting the ATM, something that I have not seen in other banks, 5 stars for this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, por atender a personas que solo quieren un estado de cuenta los ejecutivos pierden tiempo en realizar eso y saltan turnos, entonces para que dan fichas de turno, el tiempo de todos vale y no es justo que hagan eso
Lousy service, for serving people who only want a statement, executives lose time in doing that and skip shifts, so to give turn chips, everyone's time is worth and it is not fair to do that
