Fui a esta sucursal y no aceptaron mi comprobante de domicilio, la señorita de la entrada, me decia que necesitaba mi cur, Mi CUR? No sabe decir CURP y me confundió mas.

Siempre que vengo es super lento que te atiendan los ejecutivos a demás de que saltan los lugares para priorizar a los que adquieren tarjetas. Sin problema con el último punto si tan solo fueran eficientes al atender. FUE PARA SOLO ACTUALIZAR DATOS Y PODER USAR LA APLICACIÓN
Whenever I come it is super slow that the executives attend to you besides that they jump the places to prioritize those who acquire cards. No problem with the last point if only they were efficient to attend. IT WAS TO ONLY UPDATE DATA AND BE ABLE TO USE THE APPLICATION

Esta sucursal es absolutamente horrible. Para llorar. De verdad. Son súper lentos. Una vez fui y era la quincena y esperé tres horas. Luego regrese porque me faltaba algo, y estaba casi vacía. Pensé ah ya! Seguro que la vez pasada fue tan horrible por ser quincena, pero como no hay nadie va a ser súper rápido. Que equivocado estuve. Una hora de espera. This branch is absurdly bad. Wanted to gouge my eyes out about how painfully slow it was. I literally waited three hours once. I thought, fine, it was a bad day. Went back the next day to finish it up. It was empty so I thought - great! I’ll be out fast. Nope. A freaking hour. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
This branch is absolutely horrible. To cry. Really. They are super slow. Once I went and it was the fortnight and I waited three hours. Then I came back because I was missing something, and it was almost empty. I thought ah now! Surely last time it was so horrible for being a fortnight, but since there is no one it will be super fast. I was wrong. One hour wait. This branch is absurdly bad. Creí que era la única pero al leer las reseñas veo q es un problema de la sucursal, lo grave solo se limitan a escribir que lo canalizarán y veo que el problema persiste llevo dos dias tratando de actualizar datos, para reposición de tarjeta los ejecutivos pésimos para otorgar servicio, piden cosa por cosa, ahora hasta el pasaporte debo llevar para actualizar huellas y que pueda tener la reposición de mis tarjetas. (Porque no a la primera en cuanto preguntas te indican todo lo que te van a pedir y evitamos esperar 3 horas para que te digan que el tramite no es posible realizar?)
I thought it was the only one but when reading the reviews I see that it is a problem of the branch, the serious thing is only limited to write that they will channel it and I see that the problem persists I have been trying to update data for two days, to replace the card the lousy executives to provide service, they ask for thing for thing, now I have to carry my passport to update fingerprints and that I can have the replacement of my cards. (Why not at the first as soon as questions tell you everything they are going to ask you and we avoid waiting 3 hours to be told that the process is not possible?)
