Las dos personas que están atendiendo, por supuesto, no se dan abasto para las diez personas que seguimos esperando por más de media hora, ya. Un otro empleado se asoma y va llamando a sus "frecuentes" sin importarle el orden o los turnos y su respuesta frente al reclamo (después de tres intervenciones) es que tenían cita... Cuando los hemos visto llegar y sacar un turno... Es la décima vez que me hacen venir a sucursal porque han sido incapaces de corregir los errores que la institución cometió al registrar mi cambio de domicilio. De ser uno de los bancos medianamente eficaces en México se ha transformado en una de las peores trampas burocráticas vistas. Aprovecho, hoy, para cancelar cinco de las cuentas que llevo aquí y me las llevo a otro lado con el mejor postor. Citi, tal vez, o Banorte... Aunque ninguno promete...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de los ejecutivos. No te dicen como va tu proceso para abrir una cuenta empresarial. Les envias correo y ni se dignan en contestarte, ni la ejecutiva y menos el Gerente. Gran decepción!!
Terrible service from executives. They do not tell you how your process is going to open a business account. You send them mail and they don't even deign to answer you, not even the executive and less so the Manager. Big disappointment!!
