★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sucursal no esta abierta! Solo los cajeros! Este banco de por si es pésimo, nadie te puede ayudar por teléfono porque no tienen entrenamiento y creo que ni disposición, son excesivos en sus cobros de comisión, etc. Un asco!
This branch is not open! Only the cashiers! This bank in itself is dismal, nobody can help you on the phone because they have no training and I think that neither disposition, they are excessive in their commission charges, etc. Disgusting!

Acudí para realizar dos tramites cambio de tarjeta y consulta de movimientos, ninguno lo pude realizar. El gerente en turno solo se da vuelta por la sucursal, no coordina adecuadamente a sus subordinados
Terrible service. The shift monitor is off. The initial orientation of the procedure is poor. Executives take 2 hours to attend. I went to perform two paperwork change card and query movements, none could do it. The manager on duty only turns around the branch, does not properly coordinate his subordinates
