★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal es una muy buena sucursal. Me han atendido bastante rápido cuando he tenido que hacer alguna aclaración, y los cajeros se desocupan bastante rápido. Es rara las veces que he visto hacer fila y es un máximo de 15 minutos por fila para pasar al cajero suponiendo que vas hasta atrás.
Personally, it is a very good branch. They have attended to me quite quickly when I have had to make some clarification, and the ATMs clear quite quickly. It is rare the times that I have seen queuing and it is a maximum of 15 minutes per line to go to the cashier assuming you go all the way back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen a un personal flojo e incompetente, ahí los ves platicando con una sola caja abierta en hora pico y les preguntas porque solo hay una caja abierta y no te dicen nada más que platicar y reírse. El policía es un mal educado. Horrible sucursal
They have a lazy and incompetent staff, there you see them talking to a single open box during rush hour and you ask them why there is only one open box and they don't tell you anything but talk and laugh. The policeman is rude. awful branch
