★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio cortante, o más bien falta de servicio el día 11 de marzo de 2022, a las 15:30 horas, por parte de la única cajera.
El lugar se mira sucio y no respetan la sana distancia.
Al personal le hace falta capacitación, aunque creo que a BanCoppel no le alcanzó para pagar mejores empleados.
Si quiere hacer un trámite le atenderán amablemente con un ejecutivo, no así en caja donde suelen ser personas mamonas.
He usado BanCoppel en Sonora, Baja California, Querétaro y Guanajuato, y el peor de ellos es BanCoppel Citadina en Corregidora, Querétaro.
A diferencia del resto de la tienda de Coppel, el banco tiene pésimo servicio.
AMPLIAMENTE NO RECOMENDADO, EVÍTELO COMO LA PESTE.
