★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy Decepcionante muy mala atención al Cliente , y sobre todo ladrones, Siempre hago envíos a Mexico x Electra y nunca había tenido ningún problema y resulta que la semana pasada hice un Envío, a mi familiar, y x Supuesto que uno paga desde USA. Y mi familiar no tiene xk, pagar , pues resulta que mi familiar fue a recoger el Dinero, y la mujer que la atendí en ventanilla primero le dijo que si ya estaba el envío y le pidió su firma y su huella, y cuando ya la tenia le dijo que no que no estaba el envío que regresara mañana, y x su puesto que mi familiar No se fue pidió hablar con el gerente y resulta que si estaba el Dinero solo ella tenía que pagar para que se le fuera entregado ?? si no no se lo daban , son unos abusadores esteros , Jamás vuelvo hacer un envío con ellos y Ojalá no les pase a nadie xk , x eso uno paga desde aquí el envío la peor empresa
Very Disappointing, very bad customer service, and especially thieves, I always ship to Mexico x Electra and I had never had any problem and it turns out that last week I made a Shipment, to my family member, and x Supposedly one pays from the USA. And my relative does not have xk, to pay, as it turns out that my relative went to collect the money, and the woman who attended her at the window first told her that if the shipment was already there and asked her for her signature and fingerprint, and when she was ready. She had told her no that the shipment was not there to return tomorrow, and x her since my relative did not leave, she asked to speak with the manager and it turns out that if the money was there, only she had to pay for it to be delivered ?? if not They did not give it to them, they are rough abusers, I will never make a shipment with them again and I hope it does not happen to anyone xk, x that one pays from here the worst company shipping
