Me gustaría saber la opinión de Enrique Coppel Tamayo y de su hijo el Director Enrique Coppel Luken. Empresa 100% mexicana con representación en el extranjero creada en 1939. Denuncio Públicamente mal servicio y maltrato por parte de BanCoppel La Victoria a mi persona a través de sus empleados y representantes quienes dijeron ser Marco Antonio Martínez/Gerente de sucursal bancaria. Valeria en caja 3 que me entregó comprobante de retiro de efectivo con siguientes datos CAJERO 90106999. SUCURSAL 0991. HORA 15.53. FOLIO 9010699915524305. 18ENE2021. Y aparte de otra visita realizada el 10noviembre2020 dónde también retire efectivo y me faltaron al respeto quién dijo ser el Gerente de la tienda y personal de piso, todos masculinos y sin gafete a la vista. Uno si me dijo su nombre pero no recuerdo si era Guillermo o Alfredo. Lo anoté pero no quiero buscar eso ahorita. Revisen sus vídeos. En esta sucursal tienen a personal mal capacitado o rebelde. Supongo que desde la cabeza algo esta mal, regularmente los empleados somos reflejo de un buen o mal jefe, así como los hijos de los papás. Esta sucursal la he visitado 2 veces para retirar cantidad de dinero superior a la permitida en cajero automático de mis cuentas. La SEGUNDA ocasión que fue el pasado mes de Enero dónde el Gerente de sucursal grito a viva voz más de 2 ocasiones junto con la cajera el importe de efectivo que iba a retirar enterando a todas las personas que estábamos en fila así como al mismo personal bancario. Qué es eso? Yo casi no ocupo la sucursal pero en estas ocasiones necesitaba el efectivo y era más importe del permitido para retirar en cajero. Valeria además fue torpe y necia, contó mi dinero más de 4 veces argumentando que Yo distraía mi atención de sus manos contando el importe y que por protocolo Yo no podía dejar de ver sus manos contar los billetes... Esta babosa piensa que porque ella dice que esta bien Yo me voy a ir contento o que? Obvio con todo eso Yo conté el dinero cuando me lo entregó. La PRIMERA ocasión en 2020 una chica me acusó de robo de una chamarra, dijo que me miró entrar al baño con una chamarra y mandó a un joven a revisar. Éste joven dijo me detuvo queriendo solicitar revisar mi back pack. Lo mandé mucho a la fregada. Eso era una acusación falsa y muy descuidada por parte de esa chica, misma que nunca tuve de frente, no supe ni quién fue, conozco esta historia porque ese joven me la dijo. Le dije que revisara sus vídeos y que si tenía pruebas contundentes con gusto lo atendía en su petición. Llamó al supuesto Gerente a mi petición. Me retire del lugar. El que dijo ser Gerente me siguió por toda la plaza junto con el joven que me acusó más otros 2 empleados. Trataron de regañar al joven de la entrada delante mío, lo defendí porque siento que él hizo bien su trabajo y fue respetuoso conmigo. Saliendo de hacer una operación en BBVA me volvieron a detener, en esta ocasión con seguridad de la plaza. Me dijeron que iban a llamar una patrulla. Saqué mi celular y marqué a 911 pidiendo una patrulla por acoso y privación de la libertad, le dije a las personas de BanCoppel, Yo mismo la llamo, no me amenaces, pero tu y tu van conmigo, porque los voy a acusar y luego vemos si lo que dices es verdad, de mientras si los voy a denunciar, igualados irresponsables e irrespetuosos. En ese momento se retiraron y me dejaron en paz. No quisieron aceptar mi invitación. La seguridad de la plaza se porto a la altura y amables. Es una pena que en una Plaza como La Victoria tengan tan bajo perfil incluso a nivel Gerencia. Ganas no me faltaron de cancelar mis 2 cuentas que tengo con este banco, pero pensando con más calma llevo poco más de 3 años como cliente y es la primera vez que me sucede esto. Así que por unos ineptos iba a pagar el Banco y Yo. Siempre que pueda haré público esto. Es para que si no hiciste nada y te acusen tengas opciones de defenderte y no dejar que te maltrate ninguna persona o institución. Llama pidiendo una patrulla al 911 y acusa de hostigamiento acoso y acusaciones en falso, hasta de extorsión si aplica.
