★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peor experiencia de mi Vida. Osea el servicio al cliente es horrible. De Alguna manera perdi 10000 pesos y cuando pedi ayuda, el gerente general me dijo que el no era responsable. Y cuando pedi ver cameras me dijo que no tenia access a ellas. Osea que tipo de lugar es este. Oviamente fue el, el que lo robo. Cuidado amigos. No pude dar 0 Estrellas porque no me da la option. Espero y se aga algo al respecto.
Worst experience of my life. I mean the customer service is horrible. Somehow I lost 10,000 pesos and when I asked for help, the general manager told me that he was not responsible. And when I asked to see cameras he told me that he did not have access to them. So what kind of place is this? Obviously he was the one who stole it. Watch out friends. I could not give 0 Stars because it does not give me the option. I hope and aga something about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado amigos de ir a comprar o recoger envíos de dinero ahí en Coppel porque el mismo gerente y los trabajadores son los que te roban, Me paso a mi hace unos días un trabajador, el genere y una cajera me robaron una fuerte cantidad de dinero

El gerente me negó al gerente general y después cuando llegó la policía apareció el gerente general.
Yo solo espero que se haga justicia porque no puede ser posible que los mismos trabajadores que se suponen te ayudan son los mismos que te roban.
Yo necesitaba ese dinero para pagar una operación de una familiar y ellos me roban sin saber en qué situación de angustia me ponen a mi en cuanto a cómo pagar después de que ya me han robado.
Solo espero la policía pueda hacer algo porque es algo que no debe pasar. Deberían de ver qué tipo de personas están contratando y asegurarse que no sean rateros como los que me robaron a mi.

I needed that money to pay for an operation for a relative and they rob me without knowing what anguish they put me in regarding how to pay after they have already robbed me.
I just hope the police can do something because it is something that should not happen. They should see what kind of people they are hiring and make sure they are not thieves like the ones who robbed me.
