★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una aclaración de cargos no reconocidos en la UNE y solo me contestaron que no procedía porque estaba dentro de los 3 meses y resulta que esos cargos tienen un año y para que me contesten se tardan demasiado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No les daria ni una estrella. Terrible servicio tanto telefonico como correo electronico. Estan en la edad de piedra. Piensan que todo el mundo tiene tiempo de ir en persona a solucionar los problemas que elllos mismos ocasionan. Tuve que ir a Condusef y al mes siguiente de la resolucion, ya habian creado otro problema de contabilidad. No los vuelvo a usar, hay muchos otros bancos con atencion al cliente actualizada.
I would not give them a star. Terrible service both telephone and email. They are in the stone age. They think that everyone has time to go in person to solve the problems they cause. I had to go to Condusef and the month after the resolution, they had already created another accounting problem. I do not use them again, there are many other banks with updated customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ es un horror tratar de comunicarte con algun encargado de coppel para que te solucionen, tenía un atraso con una deuda en coppel, y la liquide, todo bien pero eso fue en 2015 y hoy 2020 aun no han actualizado mi buro de credito, e marcado infinidad de números y en ningun lado me resuelven, también , lo único que me falta es levantar una queja en condusef para que me ayuden a salir de este desagradable tramite... cero estrellas
It is a horror to try to communicate with a person in charge of coppel to be solved, I had a delay with a debt in coppel, and the settlement, all good but that was in 2015 and today 2020 they have not yet updated my credit bureau, and marked infinity of numbers and nowhere they solve me, too, the only thing I need is to raise a complaint in condusef to help me out of this unpleasant process ... zero stars
