★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por lo regular se les va el servicio. Consideren que antes de salir de la tienda al hacer una compra realmente sea solo UNA compra, por sus temas de sistema me han cargado doble las compras y para hacer la cancelación por error del personal o de la empresa misma es todo un lío.
En cuanto a la atención del personal como en todo hay buenos y muy malos, en cuanto a los últimos la sugerencia sería indicarlo a sus superiores en ese momento.
Usually the service goes out. Consider that before leaving the store when making a purchase it is really only ONE purchase, due to their system issues they have charged me twice for purchases and to make the cancellation by mistake of the staff or the company itself is quite a mess.
Regarding the attention of the staff, as in everything, there are good and very bad, as for the latter, the suggestion would be to indicate it to your superiors at that time.
