According to reservation but small place and without organization, lousy customer service and 3 attempts by phone to answer! Incredible that in Xalapa they get like this! We won't know!

Excellent location in the heart of Xalapa, with a very nice view, delicious food and drinks ?? affordable prices and the service is like being at home very friendly. 100% recommended.

The food is very salty, I don't know if it's the type of food but its taste is bad, nothing to write home about, for the price they charge you can find better places, the kitchen looks very neglected and ugly outdoors. The super low and strong drinks I ordered a carajillo and it had an unpleasant taste, it barely tasted like coffee. Regarding the reservations, it is as if it were a super top place and it is not, I hope they improve its weak points, I would not return.

I wanted to spare you the bad taste of a bad review but since you requested it, I'll do it. Since I arrived I called to enter and they answered me in a very despotic way that I did not have a reservation and that I would see if they could attend me, we waited and finally they sent us the password to enter, we put it and we passed 2 floors without light as if from an abandoned building to to be able to go up, up to the 3rd floor a spotlight is turned on. We arrived and the service was friendly and fast, but there was no longer what we wanted from the menu and we ordered something else that really tasted bad. The drinks were really horrible. Very expensive, by the way. The view is nothing to write home about, there are pure buildings around... I would never go back nor would I recommend it at all. Moreover, I recommend that you DO NOT go. Nothing to do with its advertising, do not get carried away by the photos because you will be quite disappointed. Like this or more constructive do you want it??

Good place with a great view of downtown Xalapa, the menu is alternative with good options for dinner and drinks outdoors in the first square of the city, they accept cards and they are very friendly. The entrance is at a door on Sebastián Camacho street

Experience 20/10, net the best terrace in Xalapa. The food is speechless, it is incredible, flavors that were not found in Xalapa. The customer service is equal to or better than the food. Finally a restaurant in Xalapa where they know how to serve, they are super attentive, they make you feel like you are among friends. To enter you have to book on their page (no big deal, very easy). You can also not reserve, but you run the risk of not finding available tables (it has already happened to us). They have a smart lock to enter, when you arrive you send WhatsApp to their number and they send you the code to access. I MEGA RECOMMEND THEM... but reserve, net.
